There will probably come a point with your business when it is impossible to undertake all the tasks in your business by yourself, and you will need to consider taking on staff. In many cases this could be to allow you to do more of what you love or that which ultimately has the value (your creative work) and less of the related business work that surrounds it.
Alternatively, you might want to employ someone to be able to offer a broader range of services, skills or expertise as a business,or to maybe even bring in business for you. This is an important decision as staff are a serious investment for you and your business. You will need to act carefully and professionally in order to ensure you get the right person, with the right skills on the right agreement so as not to make a costly mistake.
